Tai Chi for the over 50’s
We will be running Tai Chi sessions for the over 50’s for 16 weeks.
Tai Chi is a light exercise combining deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Tai chi is practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise, studies have shown that Tai Chi can help people to reduce stress, improve balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.
Open to everyone.
