Tai Chi for Balance

We will be running Tai Chi for Balance for 12 weeks

Commencing Wednesday 5th September 2018

10.00am – 11.00am

Tai Chi is a light exercise combining deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Tai chi is practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise, studies have shown that Tai Chi can help people to reduce stress, improve balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.

Open to everyone.
