Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) course in

The Oak Healthy Living Centre, Lisnaskea

For

Mums with a child under 2yrs

and / or

Pregnant women who are 18yrs +

Give your emotional and mental well-being a boost alongside connecting with other Mums

Start date: Monday 30th March x 8 weekly sessions

(excluding Easter Monday 13th April)

Time: 10.00am – 12.00 noon

Free Crèche available.

Tea & Coffee will be provided.

Register via The Oak Healthy Living Centre by noon on FRIDAY 27th MARCH
