The Oak Healthy Living Centre is running a Social Car Scheme, and has volunteers willing to providing transport to:

v   Health Appointments

v   Shopping

v   The Post Office

v   Hairdresser

v   Social Activities

v   Doctor

v   Dental

v   Chemist etc……
