It can help to increase fitness, stamina, confidence and well-being whilst reducing the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and stress.

No matter what your age or ability, why not join the Walkabout Club for regular local walks and the occasional 'Away Day'. The Walkabout Club's walking calendar runs from March to December each year.
