Project Manager - Micheál Mowen
Micheál has been Project Manager since November 2002. Micheál has previously worked with Lisnaskea Community Enterprise Ltd and as Area Based Strategy Manager for the Erne East area. He is involved with Fermanagh and South Tyrone Rural Transport, Fermanagh Drugs and Alcohol Forum and Strule Erne Local Health & Social Care Group. In his current position Micheál is r
esponsible for overseeing the design and delivery of programmes and services reaching 56,062 beneficiaries since 2003. Target groups were Older People, Mental Health, Learning Disability and Socially Excluded in an area designated as one of the most rural deprived in the Western Board area. Responsible for successfully tendering and delivery of the WIFH / WHAZ’s innovative Rural Priority Wards project in liaison with statutory and community partners. Author of a report on the Rural Priority Wards project whose findings have been forwarded to the office of the First and Deputy First Minister. The report is entitled:
‘Maximising Access and Uptake of Services for Older People in: Newtownbulter, Newtownstewart & Roslea Rural Priority Areas’.
Has significant experience of developing and working in partnership with users and community, statutory and voluntary sector partners and in engaging potential users in the design and delivery of programmes and services.
Programmes Co-ordinator - Oliver McCaffrey

Oliver has been employed as Programmes Coordinator since March 2003. Oliver has worked in the community sector for over 20 years and is a former Chairperson of Erne East Community Partnership. Oliver in his current position coordinates the programmes of activities which are run by the Oak Healthy Living Centre.
Project Administrator - Tara Boyle

Tara has been employed as Project Administrator since March 2003, prior to this employment Tara worked as Programme and Claims Administrator for Fermanagh Training Ltd, and also held employment as Personnel Officer for a local Private Industrial Company. Tara is currently involved in the day to day financial administration for the projects operated by the Oak Healthy Living Centre, Annual Returns for the organisation and the local Afterschools Clubs (including wages), monitoring and evaluation analysis of programmes run by Oak Healthy Living Centre.
Health Promotion Officer - Patricia Flanagan

Patricia has been employed as Health Promotion Coordinator since September 2006. I was initially employed as Childcare Enterprise Officer where my role was to coordinate and seek funding to ensure continuation of four Afterschool Clubs within the Erne East area. In March 2008 the funding for this position ceased and I moved to position of Health Promotion Coordinator. I am now responsible for coordinating Health Promotion projects such as Health Promoting Homes, Smoking Cessation, Suicide Awareness and a Community Pharmacy project.
Older Peoples Services Worker - Davina Coulter

has been employed as Older Persons Coordinator since October 2007. I can demonstrate my ability in advising, protecting and providing services and activities for vulnerable older people within the four rural priority wards of Donagh, Newtownbutler, Roslea, Brookeborough and Lisnaskea.
